About Me

Hi, I'm Jessica.

I'm a Certified Professional Horticulturist and an Integrative Health Practitioner, and I believe some of the best healing begins with getting back to the basics—real food, healthy soil, movement, time outdoors, and understanding what your body is trying to tell you.

A few years ago, after my second child was born, I found myself feeling like a different person. I was carrying stubborn weight, dealing with brain fog, neuropathy, low energy, mood swings, and I simply didn't feel like myself anymore.

Like many people, I was told that it was just part of having babies, getting older, or something I'd have to live with.

That answer never sat well with me.

I started digging deeper, studying functional health, nutrition, mineral balance, and lifestyle medicine to better understand what was happening in my own body. The more I learned, the more I realized that our bodies are incredibly resilient when they're given the right support.

As I worked through my own healing, my energy returned, the brain fog lifted, my weight normalized, and I finally began feeling like myself again.

That experience completely changed the direction of my life.

Today, I help individuals and families look beyond simply managing symptoms. Through functional lab testing, personalized health coaching, and education, I help clients uncover possible root causes and create realistic plans that fit their lives.

At the same time, my lifelong passion for horticulture continues to shape everything I do. Whether I'm growing medicinal herbs, designing edible landscapes, teaching gardening workshops, or helping someone improve their health, my goal is the same: reconnect people with nature and give them the knowledge and confidence to thrive.

Health doesn't have to be perfect, and healing doesn't happen overnight. It's a journey of small, sustainable changes—and I'm honored to walk alongside people as they take those first steps.

I'm so glad you're here.

Turning Healing Into a Mission

I am amazed, and so very grateful to have found IHPI, learned how to rebalance my health and feel like myself again. Health is SO much more than the food you eat and about SO much more than your weight.

If I knew what I know now before I got pregnant I know I would have had different pregnancies and postpartum experiences.

We do not have to accept ‘Mom Brain’ and we do not have to feel like we are living in unfamiliar bodies wondering what happened to our ‘younger more vibrant’ selves.

I believe that there needs to be better education and awareness on how to maintain our health. Especially for women planning on going through pregnancy and birth - and creating amazing little humans.

I want to share what I know as best as I can and help others find their health and energy again as well.

Now, I use everything I’ve learned to help others rebalance their health so they can live with optimal health, energy and mental clarity - to find their ‘Happy Healthy’. Every client I work with begins with an in-depth one-on-one consultation to review their personal health story. From there, I create customized protocols to help clients heal from the inside out.

Client Testimonials

"Jessica is very knowledgable and helps with ideas other than just supplements. I think everyone should take these tests if they can even if they don't think anything is wrong. Surprising what can be discovered!"

Michele - Health Coaching Client

"Jessica walked me through my lab work that indicated I had imbalanced mineral levels and some heavy metal toxicity as well as some stress factors that needed to be worked on. She gave me clear, easy to follow instructions on what to add to my diet and different techniques to eliminate my stress factors , as well as ways to purge my body of toxins. She was very insightful and understanding of my lifestyle and circumstances that led to the stress factors. She is very supportive and her directions were easy to understand and very actionable."

Eric - Health Coaching Client

"Jess really helped me out by teaching me about the dangers of glyphosate and other chemicals in the food I ate. After cutting processed bread out of my diet, I noticed a significant increase in mental acuity, and I've never been sharper!"
